Terms & Conditions
- Customer is obligated to make a full payment of rental price.
- For customization new for rent, Customer is obligated to make a down payment by 50% of rental price as a confirmation and Customer is obligated to make the rest of payment by 50% of rental price and must be paid at least 3 days before the dress is collected.
- Rental period of the dress are 4 days / 7 Days / 10 Days.
- If there is a delay in the return of dress, it will be imposed a fine of IDR 500.000 per day, with maximum fine by 50% of the rental price.
- If the delay has been more than 14 days from the date of return, then the dress is considered have been damaged / lost and the deposit money can’t be refunded.
- Collection and return of dress is done by the customer.
Deposit & Other Terms
- Costumer is obligated to give deposit by 50% of rental price as insurance and must be paid at least 3 days before the dress is collected.
- Deposit money will be given back to costumer 1 day after the dress is returned.
- Fixing charges will apply if items are returned broken/dirty/there are unfair stains.
- Costumers are liable for any damage/loss/theft to rented items.
- Compensation cost of damage or lost will be taken from deposit money.
- For customization new for rent, there is no refund of down payment if cancellation is made.
- For ready to rent dresses, full refund minus a IDR 500.000 cancellation fee will be given if cancellation is made at least 7 days after the payment is done.
- For ready to rent dresses, full refund minus a IDR 750.000 cancellation fee will be given if cancellation is made more than 7 days after the payment is done.
Time & Schedule
- One time rescheduling of appointment is permitted with no charge with at least 7 days’ prior notice. Re-scheduled date and time to be agreed by both parties (Otherwise full refund of the agreed price will be made)
